Get help with Superpower
To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Superpower > Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Open Superpower on your new device and tap "Restore Purchases" in the subscription section. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription.
Your data automatically syncs across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in to your account.
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings within the app and select "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you're experiencing issues with AI features, try restarting the app or checking your internet connection. The AI requires an active internet connection to function properly.
